Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the chicken breasts and cook until golden on each side and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the heavy cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Bring to a simmer.
Reduce heat to low and stir in the Asiago cheese until melted and the sauce is creamy.
Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon the sauce over the chicken. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to reheat the chicken.
Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
