Instructions
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, and pepper.
Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Dip each chicken breast into the flour mixture, allowing excess to drop off.
Cook in batches, turning frequently, until golden brown and cooked through (about 4-5 minutes per side).
Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add chicken broth, lemon juice, and capers. Bring to a simmer.
Return the chicken to the skillet and cook for an additional 5 minutes, spooning the sauce over the chicken.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
Notes
Store leftovers refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 2 days. Reheat in a skillet over medium heat to regain crispness.
