Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9 inch baking dish lightly with butter or nonstick spray.
In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Stir until evenly moistened.
Press the graham cracker mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
Bake the crust for 10 minutes. Allow it to cool completely on a wire rack.
While the crust cools, whip the chilled whipped cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
Layer the chopped strawberries over the cooled crust and spread the whipped cream over the strawberries.
Cover the pan tightly and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
When ready to serve, cut into bars with a sharp knife warmed under hot water.
Notes
For best results, chill overnight. Use ripe strawberries for the best flavor.
