Washed and sliced thinly.

For skillet, divided or more as needed.
Chocolate sauce
Optional, for drizzling.
Instructions
In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and lump-free.
Lay one tortilla flat and spread about 2 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture over half, leaving a small border.
Arrange sliced strawberries on top of the cream cheese layer.
Fold the tortilla in half to enclose the filling and press gently to seal.
Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the folded quesadillas until golden brown, about 2–3 minutes per side.
Remove from skillet, let rest for 1 minute, then slice into wedges and drizzle with chocolate sauce if desired.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat in a skillet for best results.
