soy sauce

Instructions
In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs.
In a separate small bowl, combine the soy sauce and sesame oil.
Heat a large pan or wok over medium heat.
Add a dash of oil to the pan.
Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
Push the vegetables to the side and pour the beaten eggs into the pan. Scramble until fully cooked.
Add the cooked rice to the pan and mix everything together.
Pour in the soy sauce mixture and stir well to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Add the chopped green onions and stir until everything is well mixed.
Serve immediately with additional toppings if desired.
Notes
Keep leftovers refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 2 days. Reheat in a pan or microwave to warm through before serving.
