Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Make sure the dry ingredients are evenly mixed.
In another bowl, mix the milk, egg, and melted butter. Whisk until smooth.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until combined. A few small lumps are okay.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
Dip each cooked sausage link into the pancake batter, coating it evenly.
Place the batter-coated sausages on the skillet. Cook until bubbles form, about 2 to 3 minutes. Flip and cook until golden brown, another 1 to 2 minutes.
Serve warm with maple syrup on the side for dipping or drizzling.
