Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the sausage, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, drained Rotel tomatoes, baking mix, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
