  • 1 package cream cheese, softened 8 oz
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained 10 oz
  • 2 cups all-purpose baking mix like Bisquick
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine the sausage, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, drained Rotel tomatoes, baking mix, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  • Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
