Instructions
In a medium bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the chopped onion until translucent.
Add the ground beef to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Stir the cooked beef and onions into the egg mixture, then fold in the cheddar cheese.
Pour the mixture into a greased pie dish.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 35-40 minutes or until the top is golden and set.
Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Feel free to add extra cheese on top if desired. Serve with ketchup or mustard for added flavor.
