Instructions
Lay out all 60 Ritz crackers on a clean work surface or tray in rows for quick assembly.
Take one cracker and place a single slice of thinly sliced deli meat directly on top, folding the meat if needed to fit.
Add a slice of cheese on top of the meat, trimming if necessary to fit the cracker.
Place another Ritz cracker on top to create a sandwich, gently pressing to hold layers together.
Continue assembling until all ingredients are used, optionally adding mustard or pickle slices.
Serve immediately at room temperature or refrigerate in an airtight container until ready to serve.
Notes
For best texture, serve immediately or chill for 15-20 minutes if preferred firmer.
