Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Roll out the refrigerated pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangular shape about 1/4 inch thick.
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper until evenly combined.
Brush the garlic-butter mixture evenly over the rolled-out dough, coating the edges.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough, leaving a small margin along one long edge for sealing.
Starting from the long edge opposite the margin, tightly roll the dough into a log.
Slice the log into 1-inch thick rolls and place them spiral-side up on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 15–20 minutes or until the rolls are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Remove from the oven and let cool for 3–5 minutes. Serve warm with marinara sauce or your favorite dip.
Notes
Store leftover rolls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 8–10 minutes.
