  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened to room temperature
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar sifted for smooth mixing
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Peanut Butter creamy and at room temperature
  • 1 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs finely crushed
  • 6 oz Chocolate for coating (optional), melted

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and uniform in color.
  • Gradually add the graham cracker crumbs to the filling and fold until evenly incorporated.
  • Scoop small portions of the mixture and roll into balls about 1 inch in diameter. Chill if sticky.
  • If using, melt the chocolate and dip each ball into it, letting excess drip off. Place on parchment paper.
  • Chill the balls in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to set.
  • Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days. Can be frozen for up to 2 months.
