Graham Cracker Crumbs

for coating (optional), melted
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and uniform in color.
Gradually add the graham cracker crumbs to the filling and fold until evenly incorporated.
Scoop small portions of the mixture and roll into balls about 1 inch in diameter. Chill if sticky.
If using, melt the chocolate and dip each ball into it, letting excess drip off. Place on parchment paper.
Chill the balls in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to set.
Serve chilled and enjoy!
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days. Can be frozen for up to 2 months.
