Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
In another bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
Blend in the melted chocolate and mix until well combined.
In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold whipped cream into the chocolate mixture.
Add half of the raspberries and fold them in.
Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust and smooth the top.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
