  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 4 medium potatoes, diced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, chopped
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced potatoes, broccoli florets, chopped bacon, sour cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Top the casserole with shredded cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
