Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a large baking sheet with foil or parchment for easier cleanup and even roasting.
In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, honey, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on one side of a baking sheet.
On the other side of the baking sheet, spread out the bacon pieces in a single layer.
Roast for 20–25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the Brussels sprouts are caramelized and the bacon is crispy.
Meanwhile, whisk together the maple syrup, Dijon mustard, balsamic vinegar, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl until smooth and glossy.
Once the Brussels sprouts and bacon are done roasting, toss them with the glaze until evenly coated.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in a 375°F (190°C) oven for 8–10 minutes.
