Equipment

  • Grill Pan
  • Mixing Bowl

Ingredients

Chicken Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon paprika regular or smoked
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder fine
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground

Creamy Garlic Sauce Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt chilled
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise room temperature
  • 2 cloves garlic minced (about 1 teaspoon)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, combine chicken cubes, olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well so each cube is evenly coated. Let sit for 5 minutes if you have time.
  • Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Brush with a touch of oil to prevent sticking.
  • Place the chicken cubes on the grill in a single layer. Cook for about 5–7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F/74°C).
  • While the chicken is grilling, prepare the creamy garlic sauce. Combine Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, minced garlic, and lemon juice in a bowl. Whisk until smooth and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Once the chicken is cooked, transfer to a serving plate and drizzle the creamy garlic sauce over the top. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve hot.
