  • 3 cups Fruity Pebbles Cereal
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar

Coating/Topping

  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  • In a separate small bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  • Carefully fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
  • Heat a little butter or oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Take taco-shaped waffle cones or mini taco shells and dip them into the Fruity Pebbles, pressing gently to coat.
  • Fill each taco shell with the cheesecake mixture, then return to the skillet.
  • Cook in batches, turning frequently until golden brown (about 2-3 minutes).
  • While still warm, coat each piece in a mixture of Fruity Pebbles. Serve immediately with your favorite toppings.

Notes

Keep leftovers refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 2 days. Reheat in a toaster oven or skillet to regain crispness.
