Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Water
  • 6 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Coating/Topping

  • In a separate small bowl, have the powdered sugar ready for coating.
  • Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot over medium heat.
  • Use a piping bag to pipe the dough into circular shapes into the hot oil, ensuring to allow any excess dough to drip off.
  • Cook in batches, turning frequently, until golden brown (about 3-4 minutes).
  • Add more oil between batches if needed.
  • While still warm, coat each cruller in the powdered sugar mixture.
  • Serve immediately with your favorite toppings.
