  • 5 oz Cook-and-Serve Chocolate Pudding Mix Exact box size as labeled.
  • 3 cups Whole Milk Cold or room temperature.
  • 12 squares Graham Crackers Whole or 24 halves if using split sheets.

Instructions

  • In a medium saucepan, combine the pudding mix and whole milk. Whisk together off the heat until smooth.
  • Cook the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly until it thickens (about 5 to 7 minutes). Remove from heat once it reaches a gentle boil.
  • Let the pudding cool slightly for 3 to 5 minutes.
  • In a 9x9-inch baking dish, arrange half of the graham cracker squares in a single layer.
  • Pour half of the chocolate pudding mixture over the first layer of graham crackers.
  • Layer the remaining graham cracker squares on top of the pudding.
  • Pour the rest of the pudding mixture over the second layer of graham crackers.
  • Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • Once chilled, slice into squares and serve. Top with whipped cream or mini marshmallows if desired.

Notes

Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 to 4 days. Can freeze individual portions for up to 1 month.
