Ingredients

Brownie Mix

  • 1 box Brownie mix (approximately 18.3 oz)
  • 1/4 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup Vegetable oil
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate chips or nuts (optional) You can use either chocolate chips or nuts as mix-ins.

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine the brownie mix, flour, vegetable oil, and eggs. Mix until well combined. The dough will be thick.
  • If desired, fold in the chocolate chips or nuts.
  • Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are set but the centers are still soft.
  • Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

To keep your cookies fresh, store them in an airtight container at room temperature. They should last for about 3 to 5 days. If you want to keep them for longer, you can freeze them for up to 3 months.
