Instructions
Preheat the oven according to the biscuit package instructions, usually around 375°F (190°C).
Open the biscuit roll and separate the biscuits gently along the perforations.
In a small bowl, mix together the sugar and ground cinnamon until evenly combined.
Roll each biscuit in the cinnamon sugar mixture until fully coated.
Place the coated biscuits on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake according to the package instructions, usually around 10-12 minutes, until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For extra crunch, brush the biscuits lightly with melted butter before rolling in cinnamon sugar.
