Instructions
In a medium bowl, whisk together cream cheese, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, sour cream, and heavy cream until smooth.
In a separate small bowl, combine sugar and ground cinnamon for the coating.
Heat some melted butter in a pan over medium heat.
Dip slices of cheesecake into the cinnamon-sugar coating, allowing excess to drip off.
Cook in batches, turning frequently, until golden brown (about 5 minutes).
Add more butter between batches if needed.
While still warm, coat each piece in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
Serve immediately with your favorite toppings.
Notes
Keep leftovers refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in a toaster oven or skillet to regain crispness.
