  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 1/2 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 1/2 cup Melted Butter

Coating/Topping

  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together cream cheese, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, sour cream, and heavy cream until smooth.
  • In a separate small bowl, combine sugar and ground cinnamon for the coating.
  • Heat some melted butter in a pan over medium heat.
  • Dip slices of cheesecake into the cinnamon-sugar coating, allowing excess to drip off.
  • Cook in batches, turning frequently, until golden brown (about 5 minutes).
  • Add more butter between batches if needed.
  • While still warm, coat each piece in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  • Serve immediately with your favorite toppings.

Notes

Keep leftovers refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in a toaster oven or skillet to regain crispness.
