Scoop vanilla ice cream into a serving dish or sundae glass. Use two medium scoops (about 1 cup total per serving) and pack gently.
Break edible cookie dough into small chunks and mix into the ice cream. Gently fold the cookie dough pieces through the top layer.
Sprinkle mini chocolate chips and candy-coated chocolates on top.
Drizzle melted chocolate over the sundae in a zigzag pattern.
Optional: Top with whipped cream and chopped nuts. Serve immediately and enjoy!
