  • 1/2 cup chocolate ganache

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven according to the cookie dough package instructions.
  • Press the cookie dough into a cake pan and bake as directed until golden brown.
  • Allow the cookie layer to cool completely.

Assembly

  • Once the cookie layer is cool, spread a layer of ice cream on top and smooth it out.
  • Freeze for about 2 hours to set.
  • Remove the cake from the freezer and add a layer of whipped cream on top of the ice cream.
  • Drizzle with chocolate ganache.
  • Top with chocolate chips and crushed cookies if desired.
  • Freeze again until ready to serve.

Serving
