  • 8 ounces Original Velveeta Cheese Cubed
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheese Blend Mozzarella-based
  • 2 ounces Pepperoni Quartered
  • 1 cup Pizza Sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the whole milk and dry Italian seasoning.
  • In a separate small bowl, combine the cubed Velveeta cheese and shredded cheese blend.
  • Heat olive oil in a 3-quart pot over medium heat.
  • Add the chopped garlic to the pot, sautéing until golden and fragrant.
  • Pour the milk mixture into the pot, stirring until it begins to steam gently.
  • Lower the heat and add the cheese mixture. Stir until fully melted and smooth.
  • Next, incorporate the cooked tortellini and quartered pepperoni into the creamy sauce, mixing gently.
  • Transfer the cheesy tortellini mixture into a casserole dish, spreading it out evenly.
  • Dollop the pizza sauce on top and gently swirl it in to create a marbled effect.
  • Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese generously on top, followed by more pepperoni slices.
  • Bake uncovered for 25 minutes at 375°F, then broil on high for an additional 3-4 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  • Serve hot and enjoy with your favorite toppings!
