  • 1 lb Chicken breast, diced
  • 8 oz Pasta (fettuccine or penne)

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Step 1: Boil salted water and cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Step 2: Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned (5–6 minutes).
  • Step 3: Stir in minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
