Instructions
Spread cream cheese evenly on one side of each tortilla, leaving a small rim around the edges.
Sprinkle blueberries over the cream cheese on two of the tortillas, distributing them evenly.
Top with the remaining tortillas, cream cheese side down, and press lightly to seal the edges.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook each quesadilla for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
Slice into wedges and serve warm, letting them rest for 30 seconds after cooking before cutting.
Notes
Use room-temperature cream cheese for easier spreading. If using frozen blueberries, ensure they are thawed and patted dry to avoid soggy tortillas.
