Equipment

  • Skillet
  • Spatula

Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 4 large Flour tortillas Room temperature
  • 4 oz Cream cheese Softened to room temperature
  • 1 cup Fresh blueberries Or thawed frozen blueberries, well-drained

Instructions

  • Spread cream cheese evenly on one side of each tortilla, leaving a small rim around the edges.
  • Sprinkle blueberries over the cream cheese on two of the tortillas, distributing them evenly.
  • Top with the remaining tortillas, cream cheese side down, and press lightly to seal the edges.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook each quesadilla for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  • Slice into wedges and serve warm, letting them rest for 30 seconds after cooking before cutting.

Notes

Use room-temperature cream cheese for easier spreading. If using frozen blueberries, ensure they are thawed and patted dry to avoid soggy tortillas.
