Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 4 pieces Flour Tortillas
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Coating/Topping

  • Sour Cream for serving
  • Salsa for serving

Optional Serving Suggestions

  • Diced Tomatoes
  • Sliced Jalapeños

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • In a separate small bowl, combine the shredded cheese with any other desired spices.
  • Heat a little oil on your Blackstone griddle over medium heat.
  • Place one flour tortilla on the griddle and sprinkle half of the cheese mixture on one half of the tortilla.
  • Add half of the cooked ground beef on top of the cheese and fold the tortilla over to cover the filling.
  • Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until the tortilla is golden and the cheese is melted.
  • Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
  • Cut into wedges and serve immediately with sour cream and salsa.

Notes

Keep leftovers refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 2 days. Reheat on the Blackstone griddle or in a skillet to regain crispness.
