Instructions
In a medium bowl, whisk together the onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
In a separate small bowl, combine the shredded cheese with any other desired spices.
Heat a little oil on your Blackstone griddle over medium heat.
Place one flour tortilla on the griddle and sprinkle half of the cheese mixture on one half of the tortilla.
Add half of the cooked ground beef on top of the cheese and fold the tortilla over to cover the filling.
Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until the tortilla is golden and the cheese is melted.
Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
Cut into wedges and serve immediately with sour cream and salsa.
Notes
Keep leftovers refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 2 days. Reheat on the Blackstone griddle or in a skillet to regain crispness.
