Ingredients

Crust

  • 2 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter, melted

Filling

  • 2 cups Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 cup Ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup Chopped nuts (such as peanuts or walnuts)
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl, and press into the bottom of a springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes and let cool.
  • In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  • Add mashed bananas, heavy cream, caramel sauce, and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  • Fold in chopped nuts gently.
  • Pour the mixture over the cooled crust and smooth the top.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  • Drizzle additional caramel sauce on top before serving. Enjoy the creamy, nutty goodness!

Notes

Make sure your cream cheese is at room temperature for a smoother mix. Use ripe bananas for the best flavor. You can let it chill overnight for an even better taste.
