Equipment

  • Blender

Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Ripe bananas Peeled and sliced into pieces (about 200 g total)
  • 150 g Blueberries Fresh or frozen, rinsed if fresh
  • 200 g Plain yogurt Chilled, full-fat or Greek for extra creaminess
  • 2 tablespoons Honey Adjust to taste, room temperature
  • 250 ml Almond milk Cold, or any milk of your choice

Instructions

  • Peel and slice the ripe bananas into pieces. Smaller slices blend faster and help the smoothie become creamy more quickly.
  • In a blender, add the banana slices, blueberries, plain yogurt, honey, and almond milk. Add frozen blueberries directly from the freezer — no need to thaw.
  • Blend on high speed for 45–60 seconds or until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Stop and scrape the sides if needed to ensure everything is fully incorporated.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness with more honey if needed. If the smoothie is too thick, add 1–2 tablespoons more almond milk and blend again for 10 seconds.
  • Pour into glasses and garnish with extra blueberries or banana slices for a pretty finish. A sprinkle of chia seeds or a few granola crumbs adds a nice crunch.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy! Smoothies are at their best fresh, while flavors are bright and texture is perfect.

Notes

For a protein boost, add a scoop of your favorite protein powder or 1–2 tablespoons of nut butter.
