Equipment

  • Oven
  • Baking Sheet
  • Saucepan

Ingredients

Cheese

  • 1 round Brie cheese (8 oz)

Toppings

  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1/4 cup Mixed nuts (roughly chopped) Such as pecans, walnuts, or almonds
  • 1-2 tbsp Fresh rosemary or thyme Optional, for garnish

Serving Options

  • Crackers, baguette slices, or fresh fruit For serving

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease a baking dish.
  • Place the brie on the prepared baking sheet or in a small oven-safe dish.
  • Bake the brie in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is soft and melted inside.
  • While the brie is baking, heat the honey in a small saucepan over low heat for 1-2 minutes to warm it slightly. Add the chopped nuts to the honey and stir to combine.
  • Once the brie is baked, remove it from the oven, drizzle the honey and nut mixture over the top, and garnish if desired. Serve immediately with crackers, baguette slices, or fresh fruit.

Notes

If you have leftovers, let the brie cool completely. Wrap it in plastic wrap and store it in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat gently in the oven when you’re ready to enjoy it again.
