Instructions
Preheat the oven according to the tater tot package instructions so the tots crisp up properly.
Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, breaking it up with a spoon. Season with salt and pepper while it cooks.
Prepare the tater tots according to the package instructions, arranging them on a baking sheet.
Fill each tater tot with a spoonful of the ground beef mixture.
Add cheese and crumbled bacon on top of the beef-filled tots.
Return to the oven just long enough to melt the cheese, about 3 to 5 minutes.
Serve in cones or cups with ketchup and mustard on the side for dipping or drizzling.
